Want to be part of this? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Automation Solution Architect I to join our Marketing Technology and Data Engineering team.  The high visibility position will manage Marketing Automation architecture within Tailored Brands business units and collaborate with cross functional business teams to develop technical solutions for Marketing Automation technologies.  


What you’ll do



  • Create architecture that accounts for the technology environment as a whole

  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Ramp up on new technology platforms and obtain architectural understanding

  • Troubleshoot unexpected results, system performance, and create resolution plans

  • Map data across multiple data sources, driving standardization and creating workflows that support personalization in customer communications

  • Create queries/joining tables, automations, data modeling, integrations

  • Monitor integrations and investigate when issues arise

  • Strong understanding of data integration patterns

  • Conduct data audits and cleansing

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Marketing Cloud Personalization Sitemap JavaScript

  • Edit HTML modules/templates

  • Create roles, manage user permissions in marketing automation platforms

  • Manage FTP access, key management, and other platform administrations in marketing automation

  • Building email journeys

  • Manage product recommendation recipes

  • Managing Web to Email life cycle flows

  • Drive concise discussions to resolve issues or achieve business goals


What you’ll bring



  • 10 years of marketing automation experience solutioning and managing enterprise technology stack

  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools\: Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Interaction Studio, Datorama

  • Experience in supporting delivery of high-volume email campaigns is preferred

  • Experience with web product recommendation tools and associated architecture is preferred

  • Experience with database management and extracts is preferred

  • Experience with AMP Script is preferred

  • Working experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL

  • Working knowledge of APIs and integration patterns

  • Experience in SFMC data integrations\: data extensions, integration with external systems (via APIs or native integrations)

  • Experienced in managing outages, customer escalations, crisis management, and other similar situations

  • Familiarity with agile software delivery

  • Strong understanding in creating and segmenting audiences

  • Experience in reporting and analytics using Datorama is a plus

  • Experience with Wunderkind, Cheetah Messaging, and Snowflake is a plus

  • Experience with design/implement solutions in Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly known as Interaction Studio) is strongly preferred

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications is a plus

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization certifications (formerly known as Interaction Studio) is a plus

$104,300-$155,000. This salary range is specific to Colorado, New York, California and Washington, and may differ in other locations. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location.


Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands



  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time 

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily

  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment

  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a hybrid office location near one of our Corporate Offices or remote.
