Skill Struck empowers educators and schools by offering computer science and AI education software and curriculum. We make coding engaging and accessible to all student demographics, especially under-represented groups in tech. As AI became more available, our team also worked to launch a new product that genuinely helps schools to incorporate AI.

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to help lead, manage, and scale our marketing operations. Compensation will consist of base salary, equity, merit-based bonuses, and benefits. 




Your Daily Adventures




This position will consist of managing marketing team members that oversee many marketing functions, such as event management, graphic design, PR, content, and more. Your top priority will be serving as a project manager of marketing team members. In addition to managing 3-4 team members, you will own and manage our technical marketing initiatives on the team, such as providing quality lists to the sales organization. This is a highly collaborative role, where you will work closely with sales leaders and the BDR team to ensure outreach efforts are productive. You will also collaborate with the customer success department in customer marketing efforts. There is high growth and promotion opportunity for someone who excels in this role.

  • Technical marketing experience, particularly with managing data in Hubspot and Outreach

  • Proven background in project management and organization

Qualities That Will Set You Apart (But Are Not Required)





  • Experience with Lifecycle Marketing

  • Experience in K-12 Education Technology 

  • Experience with Hubspot, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo

  • Familiarity with Webflow

  • Familiarity with Graphic Design
