A Better Opportunity
As a Senior Marketing Manager, Retail, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the NEO Home Loans brand. This is a hands-on, well-rounded role where strategy meets execution. We’re looking for someone who is not only an exceptional strategic marketer but also a doer—someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive in with the team, and make things happen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for NEO Home Loans.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, from digital platforms to community events.
- Oversee the creation of assets that amplify brand recognition and loyalty.
- Drive brand growth and awareness through engaging social media campaigns and video content.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality, creative materials that resonate with local communities.
- Ensure our internal customers (our loan officers) receive white-glove marketing support, equipping them with tools and resources to build their networks.
- Partner with loan officers on localized campaigns and initiatives tailored to their specific markets.
- Oversee digital strategies that drive lead generation, including paid media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Support local and regional events, ensuring that Neo Home Loans is positioned as a leader in the community.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns that align with event goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and product developments.
- Innovate and create new materials, campaigns, and strategies to keep Neo Home Loans at the forefront of the market.
